Easter Sunday Is Upon Us

Well, it's Easter Sunday, but for me, it was just any normal day. I went to work from 7-3, came home and did was I usually do, nothing. However, the past few days haven't been that bad. On friday, I got a lot of DVDs, which included The Incredibles, Man On Fire and Aliens Vs. Predator, all were excellent. I also went to see Constantine at the cinema, an excellent film that kept me ingrosed the whole time.

I've been doing a lot of bidding on e-bay recently, buying books such as Astro-Boy Vol. 1 and Thundercats, Hammerhands Return. I'm also bidding on Without a Trace, Season 1, Alien vs. Predator and Alien vs. Predator war. If you want a bargin, go on Ebay

Like most sci-fi fans, last nite, I tuned in and watched the new series of Doctor Who, starring Billy Piper and Christopher Eccleston. Picking up where the last series left off, shop worker Rose Tyler accidently gets mixed up with the Doctor after he saves her from the Autons, living plastic monsters that take the form of shop-window dummies.

Another Crazy Monday

Hiya All;

Today, I relived one of my greatest childhood memories: Defenders Of The Earth. Set in the year 2050, Earth's greatest heroes, which included The Phantom, Mandrake, Lothar and Flash Gordon, defended the Earth from Ming The Merciless from taking over the world. It was great, and it's only £4.99 on DVD, on £1 from poundland, with an extra Flash Gordan DVD too.

I was thinking about an idea that if they made a live-action film, the person who could play Mandrake could be...

Paul Daniels!!!!

Mandrake is just Paul Daniels with a top hat and slighlty better magical abilities.

I also bought vol. 2 of .Hack the manga. Basicly, The World, which is an on-line computer game, is the centre role for a bunch of character who are 'The Chosen Ones', the ones who are able to save The World. Sounds cheesy, but it's Ok overall, with outstanding characters.

That's all for now

My Crazy World

This week, I've been currently watching Yu Yu Hakusho, a anime about a kid called Yusuke Urameshi dies and is given a chance to come back to life. When he does, he is apointed the Earth's Spirit Detective, who is able to see demons in the living world and is given assignment by the lord of the spirit world Koenma, which includes defeating 3 demons and taking back stolen treasure, stopping a demon from achieving completeness by killing an old mystic woman, as well as teaming up with 2 powerful demons to stop an even powerful one.

On the GBA, a game has been released based upon it:

Randomness

Hi again,

Well, it's Friday night and I'm setting in later to watch TV that i've taped, which basicly consists of My Hero & According To Bex, not the best of shows, but OK in my books.

I spent most of today watching ABC 1 on freeview, where I watched programs such as General Hosptial, Unhappily Ever After, The Genna Davis Show & Daddio. All are classic, although I did miss 8 Simple Rules. 8 Simple Rules basicly revolved around a guy called Paul Hennisy who lives with his wife Kate, his son Rorry and his two daughters Bridgit and Karry. Karry is the ignored middle-child while Bridgit is the hot and popular blonde girl who everyone loves. Sadly, John Ritter, who played Paul, died last year, but the show as carried on without him in the USA. He will be sadly missed.

I went to see Assault On Precinct 13 against this wensday, best movie ever. It revolves around a cop called Jake who is in charge of a police station that is being knocked down. It is new years eve and cop-killer Marion Bishop, played by Laurance Fishburne, is sent there with some other convicts until after the snow clears. However, Marcus Devall, a cop who was a partner with Marion, sends his crew in to get him out, but Jake is determined to see that it doesn't happen

Hey

Today, Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic II: The Sith Lords was released on PC and X-Box. I will be getting it on PC tomorrow, hope it runs or I'll have to spend money on getting it my computer upgraded. The game centres around you, who is the last Jedi in the galaxy, as the evil Darth Sion and his Sith Troops hunt you and your party down. What's different about this game is that your decisions effect your teammates, so if you start to do down the path of the dark side, your teammates will do, changing their apperance and the such. It's a great game that doesn't just appeal to star wars fans.

Recently, I have been on the website http://80scartoons.co.uk/, which has information about cartoons from the 80s, shows like Super Ted, Bananaman, Thundercats and The Shoe People. It may sound stupid, but those shows were the best. In my opinion, visit this website asap

Anywho, god bless and I'll chat to you all later
